Note:The device should be plug and play,but we do provide the driver for Ethernet port,in rare cases you might need to install the driver for Ethernet port manually.The video port should be plug and play and no driver is needed， if the video port of the docking could not work, please make sure the type-c port of your host supports video output(dp alt mode).lf you are not sure,please be free to contact us.
